1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Game Hubs Chrome extension ("the Extension") developed by Elvic Groups ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the Extension and discontinue use.
2. Description of Service
Game Hubs is a free Chrome extension that provides a collection of browser-based games including Snake, Tic-Tac-Toe, Ping Pong, and any future games added to the platform. The Extension runs entirely within your browser and does not require an account or sign-up.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
- Republish the games or any content from the Extension as your own
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the Extension — including but not limited to game code, visual design, graphics, sounds, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Elvic Groups and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Extension responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Extension to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Extension's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Extension
- Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities for unintended purposes
6. Advertisements and Sponsorships
The Extension may display non-intrusive advertisements and sponsor branding. These ads appear on the hub page and between game rounds (e.g., game over screens). We do not use pop-up ads or ads that disrupt active gameplay. Ad content may change from time to time as sponsors are updated.
7. Third-Party Links
The Extension may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Ko-fi, sponsor websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
8. Sponsorship Terms
If you are a sponsor or advertiser using our sponsorship plans:
- Sponsorship payments are handled through Ko-fi Memberships
- Starter and Growth plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime via Ko-fi
- Premium plans require a minimum 3-month commitment
- Ad placement goes live within 24 hours of receiving brand details after payment
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove any sponsor content that is inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or violates applicable laws
- Refunds are not provided for partial months after cancellation — your ad remains live until the end of the paid period
- We do not guarantee specific traffic numbers, impressions, or click-through rates
9. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain or support any specific version of the Extension. New games and features may be added, and existing ones may be modified or removed.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elvic Groups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device or software.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
